Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be written in English and prepared using the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format. Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format on A4-sized paper, using Times New Roman font with a 10-point font size.

Extended Abstract Submission (for Poster Session)

Extended abstracts must be limited to 1–2 pages. Each submission should include a concise abstract of approximately 150 words and clearly present the motivation, methodology, and key findings of the work.

Full Paper Submission (for Regular and Special Session)

Full papers must not exceed 6 pages. Each manuscript must include an abstract of approximately 150 words and provide a complete description of the research, including objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

Review Anonymity

To ensure a blind review process, all submissions (both extended abstracts and full papers) must omit author names and affiliations, as well as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and email addresses.

Publication Opportunities and Presentation Policy

Selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version for possible publication in the ECTI Transactions on Computer and Information Technology (ECTI-CIT), which is indexed in SCOPUS and TCI. The extended manuscript must be 8–12 pages in length and will be subject to the journal’s review process.

To be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of each accepted paper is required to present the paper in person at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude papers from post-conference distribution, including removal from IEEE Xplore, if the paper is not presented at the conference. Online presentations will be permitted only in emergency situations.
