Registration Information
- Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Regular Early Bird registration. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the JCSSE 2026 Conference Proceedings. Authors must complete the registration and submit proof of payment through the provided email link. The official receipt will be issued during the conference.
- To be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author must present the paper at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude papers from distribution in IEEE Xplore if they are not presented.
- Authors registering under the IEEE Member or ECTI Member category must provide valid proof of membership (e.g., a membership card or other supporting documents) during registration.
- The acceptance of the final paper submission will be confirmed via email to the designated corresponding author.
- Authors must register under the appropriate category (IEEE Member, IEEE Non-member, or Student) according to their status. The Participant registration category is available only for attendees who wish to join the conference without submitting or publishing a paper.
